The guests receive a handwritten letter.
A mysterious Save the Date.
Just one word in their calendars: Offsite.
No location.
No schedule.
No clues about the sessions or activities.
Just a few simple instructions:
“Pack the essentials for two nights away.”
On the day, everyone gathers at a meeting point in the heart of Eixample. They look around, chat, and speculate…
“Where are they taking us this year?”
“Why all the mystery?”
Suddenly, a fleet of vintage Volkswagens pulls up and changes everything.
They’re invited to hop in. With Creedence Clearwater Revival playing in the background, the journey to the Costa Brava begins.
Just when you think you’ve arrived…
The first stop: Tossa de Mar, one of the most iconic towns along this unique coastline. There, they enjoy breakfast overlooking the sea at a stunning five-star hotel.
For a few minutes, everyone thinks this is where they’ll be staying.
But no.
The experience has only just begun.
We hand each of them a backpack with water and a small map.
And the adventure begins: a team treasure hunt, filled with questions, challenges, and clues that guide them along an almost surreal coastal trail.
The Camí de Ronda.
Mediterranean pine trees.
Turquoise waters.
Rocks, salt, wind, and that unmistakable Costa Brava feeling of being far away from everything.
Little by little, the teams make their way to Cala Pola.
There, we’re waiting for them at a beach bar, with vermouth, paella, and the Mediterranean as the backdrop.
After lunch, they step through a small gate and finally discover their real destination: Camping Cala Pola a special place, hidden away, almost secret.
An offsite designed to reconnect
Small wooden bungalows nestled in nature, overlooking a secluded cove that feels far away from the rest of the world.
From there, a bespoke offsite experience begins, designed exclusively for them: yoga, paddleboarding, art workshops using natural pigments, volleyball, mindfulness, morning power dance, informal meetings reimagined by Nomads, and themed nights under the stars.
A program designed to reconnect, reflect, celebrate, and play again.

All in a setting that brings us back, for a moment, to true disconnection without giving up comfort.
