Fun and reliable in equal measure, Xènia is passionate about the world of events. A true trend hunter and social calendar guru, she’s always in the know about what’s happening in Barcelona. Creative, energetic, and a free spirit—she’s the boss everyone wishes they had.
After nearly two decades of designing events around the world, she took the leap 11 years ago and founded nomads. Since then, the agency has become a leader in creating events for the tech industry.

Organization in human form. Yolanda is one of those people who truly enjoy order, coordination, and efficient management. A wonder. She takes her responsibilities very seriously and doesn’t rest until the client is completely satisfied with the result. Her backstory includes a long career in corporate event planning, staff coordination campaigns, and business development.
Our very own Marie Kondo of events is also a food lover. In fact, this woman who can do it all is not only organized—she’s also a pastry chef. Perfection sometimes exists, and we call it Yolanda.

Although she trained as an engineer, her passion for events was stronger and led her straight into this monkey business. Fun, sociable, and with a party spirit, she balances professionalism with joy. In the nomads universe, she’s that spark that turns an event into a memorable experience.

The perfect blend of creativity, love for music, and perfectionism. Carlos is pure artistic sensitivity and execution power. He lives for the details and gives his all in every project. There are people who plan events. Belén plans life. Since she was a child, she has been the one who organized every plan that came into her hands. Because, if there’s one thing that defines her, it’s her ability to anticipate, take care of every detail and turn every idea into reality.
With just 20 years of age, she was already leading an events department and, ever since, she has led teams, driven new projects and shown that calmness and hard work can also be forms of leadership. She doesn’t settle for things going well; her goal is to exceed expectations.
Outside of work, she continues to be the person everyone turns to when they need to organize a plan or find the best solution. And, when she switches off, she does so by enjoying great food, nature and the best company. Because, in the end, the best experiences always begin with good planning.
