Three days at full power

An annual convention doesn’t have to be boring — in fact, quite the opposite. That’s what we proved when organizing Adevinta’s Summer Summit: three days of pure summer fun with 1,200 attendees.
The event was held at a Conference Center, and besides the convention itself, we offered leisure activities and team-building experiences for the entire team. Everyone arrived at the same time, and yet we managed the logistical challenge without a hitch.
Nomads took care of the full event organization: accommodation for 1,200 people, AV design, gastronomy and themed dinners, creative direction of the Summer Party, access control, branding, transportation, artist booking, audiovisual content, and team-building activities.
The event reached its peak with a private dinner at Ferrari Land, featuring exclusive rides for the team. Live music, a DJ, and an open bar set the mood for a high-speed celebration.
