Under the motto Forever Rolling, the team celebrated remaining number one worldwide with a consolidated, highly motivated group eager to reconnect in a work environment — and, why not, also one of pure fun.

The project required fully branding the hotel to replicate the worlds of MGO, creating a global experience that seamlessly combined meetings and play.

Afternoons were dedicated to fostering social life and immersing participants in a universe where everyone felt as if they were living their own videogame in first person. This came to life through dynamic activities, challenges, and multiple experiences developed throughout the week.

Videogame characters came to life on stage, creating spaces filled with Vikings, race car mechanics, and dancing avocados. Among the highlights, a drum circle had everyone playing djembes in unison; the black-and-white awards gala transported guests to the roaring twenties — complete with mysteries, phone booths for leaving secret messages, and a rotating stage with a live jazz band; and the experience concluded with a Carnival-style final party, adapted to the videogame, culminating in games and a market where participants could win colorful gifts.

The success of the event stemmed not only from the meticulous real-life recreation of the video game but also from fostering authentic moments of connection and social interaction among colleagues.
